DishTV - Lead - New Product Development (3-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage/lead product development from the concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase.
- Understand and optimize the user journeys for existing products.
- Create business cases for new products and features.
- Be on top of trends in the entertainment and video space, with an objective to increase usage and customer engagement for DishTV products.
- Participate in entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Increase the profitability of existing and new products by adding monetizable features.
- Competition Analysis& benchmarking to generate consumer insights & identify the need gaps.
- Coordinate with Tech (R&D, IT) and other teams (service, sales, for new product development.
Key Skill Sets Required:
- Knowledge of latest technologies that impact consumer behavior in media & entertainment sector
- Knowledge of web analytics tools such Google Analytics, Social analytics tools, content curation, management of App portals, searching for new and trending content across different sources.
- Should be flexible to move across products or handle multiple products
- Excellent Analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills
