- To support in managing BTL Activities of PAN India for over 50k outlets
- Planning & implementation of BTL Marketing national calendar
- Drive the Zonal /State calendars through the zonal teams reporting into the category team.
- Trade meets for engagement, new product launches, & executing GO TO MARKET Strategy for new products
- Build exclusive Trade Marketing projects in urban & rural markets by zone and national level
- POS & Merchandising - Ensuring smooth execution for Dish, Zing & GD; Bottom up competition information collection thru Zonal teams; POS execution, monitoring & Distributor Audits
- MIS Management & Presentations for seniors as & when required
- To develop & launch annual/monthly national level integrated Retail Visibility
- POS material & visual merchandising planning, monitoring, execution & feedback across retail channel; monthly reporting of the same to management
- To plan right & cost effective on shop and inshop visibility mix to enhance engagement & footfall at various categories of retail stores
- Corporate Branding Programme & must have exposure of framing retail visibility.
- Driving innovation in POS & Merchandising.
Other Stakeholders
- To Work closely with various functions like U&R, service, revenue & sales to create / execute trade/ subscribers communication.
