DishTV - Lead - Ad Sales (4-8 yrs)
Ad Sales Lead: The Purpose of this role is to plan and direct the advertising strategy from a business, sales and technical perspective and ensure that the set revenue target is achieved
Major Responsibilities include:
1. Drive media sales with the goal of driving significant revenue and establishing brand position among advertisers
2. Set revenue targets for the fiscal for the brand ensure that they are met by the team
3. Think out of the box: Ideation, Creation & Monetization of all properties : existing and new, for revenue generation
4. Ensure revenue generation through advertising agencies, corporate clients, tele shoppers, broadcasters and all other possible avenues
5. Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers & agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue on a monthly basis.
6. Identify, develop, pitch and execute new sales initiatives and monetization opportunities for revenue enhancement
7. Responsible for deal negotiations with advertisers and for mapping each key account along with maintaining relationship at all levels
8. Set minimum threshold levels for rates and deals and maximize them
9. Responsible for inventory consumption levels and strategies to maximize it
