Dish TV - Lead - Circle Marketing Operations (4-12 yrs)
1. Retail visibility for the brand in the marketplace-
- Market wise planning & execution of all elements both for Retail & Alternate / EPRS channel (Covering Signage).
- Organize and co-ordinate Events and promotional campaigns like Mall events, Kiosks, Roadshows etc.
- Identification of dealer's outlet for in shop branding and sites for Outdoor media.
2. Provide marketing support to the trade / distribution channel-
- Co-ordinate with the Corporate marketing team and trade / retail channel for execution of schemes, events and promotional campaigns.
- Plan/production & execution of POS material & its proper displays across the distribution channel.
- Effectively usage of Zonal budget for panning & organizing Dealer Meets, Insertions & other demand generation activities.
- Allocation of ISDs at selected channel partners and ensure timely recruitment / training / deployment / salaries in time.
3. Budget / MIS/Bills & Audits-
- Provide timely MIS / feedback / Bills-outstanding tracking and conducting monthly audits on various investment in field of ISD / POS/Retail jobs.
- Constant up-dation & Product Understanding. Effective communication to Trade.
