Director - sales and service - India and South Asia
- Order acquisition and growth in market share for Electrical Control and Relays panels, Protection relays, Metering equipment, Sub station automation system and Power quality & telecom equipments manufactured globally
- Develop service business with focus on customer care and enhancing service sale to 30% of total business
- Manage multi-location sales, marketing and service organization with a team of approx 190 engineers/ and wide dealer/service franchise network in India, Srilanka, Nepal and Bhutan
- Increasing market share in South Asian (SAARC) countries
- Define and implement short term and long term business plans with key focus on order input, net margins and cash growth
- Manage all pre and post supply activities and regulate manufacturing activities in line with customer requirements and be a common face to customer in business cycle and provide inputs to manufacturing units for capacity planning
- Product strategy and technology repositioning
- New product introduction and market expansion
- Tendering and bid prepration of products,systems and solutions for customed of India and South Asia for entire range of company's products of Energy automation and Integration
