Director Sales Role - SaaS Product/FinTech (10-15 yrs)

Job Role : Director Sales Fintech Enterprise SaaS

Job Location : Bangalore

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Set up the Enterprise Sales team for the product.

- Develop strategies to sharpen our focus in targeting businesses in focus customer industry verticals

- Lead the existing Company's Fintech Sales team to bring about continuous improvement in Sales, Productivity and ROI

- Should have prior experience in selling in a SaaS (Software as a service) mode

- Customer acquisitions: Should have prior experience in selling to SME customers (Small and Medium companies).

- Engage with marquee customers in focus industry verticals to enable and drive partnerships on the product.

- Influence Retailers, distributors, commodity producers to adopt the product

- Represent the metrics of the sales team at weekly internal review meetings with leadership

Qualifications and Key Attributes : 

- MBA from a Tier IB-school

- 5 years + of experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- We respect entrepreneurs. So someone who has founded their own startup - an Ex-Entrepreneur - would be Highly Desirable

- Work experience in Financial Enterprise PaaS / SaaS Sales

- Prior experience influencing C-level executives

- Previous responsibility for strategic business development, revenue targets and quotas is highly desirable

- Deep understanding of the Enterprise SaaS sales in India with prior interactions with FMCG companies, manufacturing companies is desirable.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced target focused environment.

- Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desirable
