Job Description-
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Professional with demonstrated capability in team management and P&L delivery. You will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales operation. You'll work closely with top school graduates, ex-McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, EY, Byju- s, and Paytm employees to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories. What will you do
- Build and manage an inside sales/business development team to achieve a given target
- Develop and work on analytics-driven sales dashboards which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline
- Design and optimize the overall sales process to increase conversion at every step of the funnel
- Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline reviews, and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and knowledge sharing
- Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
- Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer experience, markets demands and competition with the marketing team
What will you need
- Min 5 years of post MBA, sales managerial experience (Ed-tech preferred) OR 8+ years of relevant experience
- Sales acumen chasing aggressive targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving- good aptitude and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent people management skills with the experience of managing a team of 300+ associates
- Someone who doesn't enjoy a mundane 9-5 job

AD-Presales : We are seeking individuals with suitable experience in pre-sales and inside sales who are employed in the study abroad sector.
- The candidate should have a proven track record of leading teams of more than 250 people, including BDMs.
- Possess good communication skills.
