Director - Sales Operations - Financial Services (6-25 yrs)

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :


- Designing the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting process and working with the sales team to plan and implement

- Owning the partner onboarding process and execution of sales initiatives by collaborating with Product, Operations, Engineering, Marketing and Finance functions to bring these solutions to life to generate new revenue

- Setting the overarching operations strategy, in partnership with the head of Sales and translating it into functional goals and KPIs to achieve financial targets

- Collecting data, conducting analysis, and deriving insights implement improvement initiatives, with a constant eye on process optimization and enhancement

- Implementing and utilizing key enabling technologies, such as Salesforce, to track sales relationship and outcomes

- Building and managing a team of operations and analytics professionals by developing and coaching to their strengths through open communication and clear expectation-setting

THE QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field, or higher

- 5+ years of demonstrated sales operations and partnership management experience, preferably within the higher education or financial services sector

- Highly developed client service and client satisfaction focus mindset, is a must

- Experience and ability to operate within a fast-paced, multi-disciplined virtual team

- Superior communication, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences

- Strong analytical skills and highly comfortable with a tech-enabled environment where the use of tools like Salesforce.com, Slack, or Confluence are the norm
