Work experience :
- Around 15 years to 20 years of relevant work experience in Industrial Sales & Marketing with heavy engineering industry.
- Strong B2B sales & marketing experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop team of sales managers & subordinates
- Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven financial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to achieve yearly targets for own and team
- Excellent in Customer Relationship, Negotiations, Team Management, Key Account Management, etc.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Job Profile :
Sales Director is responsible for all aspects of the sales & marketing and has full responsibility to develop and implement an effective sales and marketing strategy. He will be responsible for planning and executing sales, marketing and product development programs that will meet pre-determined targets and Increase Company's market share. He will be a critical member of a company's leadership team.
KRAs :
- Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives
- Monitor market & competitors, including relevant sales and marketing data
- Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals
- Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
- Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts
- Coach, mentor and develop team of sales managers & subordinates
CTC : Rs 35 lpa to Rs 45 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
