Your Role & Responsibilities at Incture :

- We are looking at highly experienced professionals for the role of Director - GIC business. The ideal candidate will possess a business/sales background, the ability to engage with clients at a C-level and offer strategic business solutions focused on diverse technologies.

- Deep understanding of IT Staffing Solutions.

- Continuously develop the existing accounts to ensure repeat business combined with a proactive focus on developing net new business opportunities.

- P&L Owner for GIC business

- Lead and manage the account managers of entire GIC business

- Orchestrate and lead the execution of go to market strategy

- Build and deepen executive relationships with strategic customer base to help influence their long-term technology and business decisions; Add value and be viewed as a trusted advisor by bringing compelling insights and ideas with follow through execution.

- Inspire and motivate the team to increase sales revenue through farming and hunting strategies.

- Ability to formulate contracts & review master sales agreement

Required Experience & Skills :

- 10 - 15 years of experience, with proven track record in account management roles and business development.

- Minimum 5 years of team management experience.

- Experience with history of engaging with complex accounts in selling a broad portfolio of products at C-level.

- Demonstrated success with large complex commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams

- Ability to influence decisions at executive level
