Director - Sales - IT Software/Hardware (13-25 yrs)
- 13 + years of managing channel and relationships ( Preferably Enterprise SIs / VARs/ Software sellers ) .
- Have demonstrated successfully selling Software/SaaS solutions into Enterprise & SMB accounts across a variety of verticals.
- Identify savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services. Follow through with Customers to obtain identified savings.
- Channel experience is managing partner accounts excelling in govt verticals would be an added advantage
- New partner recruitment -- Identifying, Recruiting and On boarding new Partners who can Champion our cause by reselling the licenses and providing end to end services to their accounts
- Partner Plan management - Defining and executing on the partner plan - Identifying, managing and closing opportunities within these partner accounts ( Funnel management ) & further expand our footprint into new accounts ( Managing partner sales teams )
- Relationship management - Manage relationships at partner / partner team and key end customer levels.
- Commercial Understanding - Managing transactions and collections.
- Collaborative approach - Orchestrating with internal account team and vendor teams to further support your sales efforts, including pre-sales, inside sales, solution consultants, product management and marketing.
- Communication and Leadership Skills - Leading and driving strategic, value led discussions with key end customer stakeholders, and other key influences in the sales process in order to further understand their business-critical issues and demonstrate how our Platform and product suite can have a transformational impact on their business.
- Business Analysis & performance Reviews - Review performances across partners against set objectives of new business and license renewals. Being our partners- trusted advisor, product evangelist and industry expert - you will be their go-to contact for all things Product and Industry related.
- Sales Forecasting - Maintaining accurate customer and sales forecasting
- Lead Management - Ability to manage lead dissemination and closures.
- Teamwork - Participating in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, customer care and marketing efforts
- Travel - Travelling to customer sites across India and other countries to support your sales efforts
