With a focus on BFSI, Healthcare/Pharma, and other high-impact sectors, we're looking for a Sales Director who can translate our innovative technology into value for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Ownership

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Manage the entire sales cycle-from prospecting to closing-in alignment with company objectives.

2. Market Penetration & Growth

- Identify and break into new market segments, especially in BFSI, Healthcare/Pharma, and other relevant verticals.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

3. Strategic Partnerships

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to design tailored AI-based solutions that address client needs.

- Negotiate and close partnership deals with third-party vendors or platforms that complement SyncIQ's offerings.

4. Sales Forecasting & Reporting

- Maintain a clear sales pipeline, forecasting revenue accurately using CRM tools and analytics.

- Provide actionable insights to the executive team for product improvements and market expansion.

5. Customer-Centric Approach

- Engage deeply with potential clients to understand their pain points, map solutions, and ensure seamless onboarding.

- Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative guidance on leveraging SyncIQ's AI platform to meet business objectives.

About You:

- Experience: MBA with 2-4 years of experienc in tech product or platform sales, preferably within enterprise or SaaS settings.

- US Sales experience: Should have experience of sales/pre-sales for US geography

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed revenue targets and expand market share in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with Healthcare / Pharma industries is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.

- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and articulate AI-driven solutions, bridging the gap between technology and business value.

- Sales Methodologies: Proficient in consultative selling, CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales analytics.

- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor complex solutions to diverse audiences.

- Leadership & Collaboration: Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members, coupled with a collaborative approach to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
