Director - Sales - BPO (8-12 yrs)
Role : Business Development (Sales and Marketing)
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in BPO services (US customers)
- Sales experience in revenue cycle space a plus
- Demonstrated effectiveness in prospecting, developing and closing new business (US customers)
- Good at sales techniques, negotiation and closing small and large-scale BPO deals
- Proven ability to develop long term strategic relationships with C-Level executives/decision-makers
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling and time management
- Successful sales experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Good experience in preparing Service offering documents, RFP- s, and RFQ- s
- Solid experience in Preparing and Delivering sales presentations
- Experience in Process Transition (US to India) is a plus
- Solid experience in developing Service offering documents
- Willing to work in US shift (CST)
- BPO industry experience is mandatory
