Director - PreSales/Solution Architect - Data Center (15-18 yrs)
An MNC is hiring Solution Architect with 15 years of Exp to be based at Mumbai.
Title : Director - Solution Architect
Reporting to : Vice President Sales
Profile of the candidate :
- Someone who enjoys strong relationships with partners, OEMs, vendors.
- Should be a self-starter and go getter with self-learning capabilities to augment himself on new technologies.
- Should be able to create a value in customer mind as trusted advisor.
- Someone who is comfortable to facing customers owns complete solution based on client requirement & becomes part of the delivery phase in case change in scope occurs or if the solution is not implementable.
MAIN ASSIGNMENTS :
- Solution Architect is a customer facing Techno Commercial role. The role holder shall be responsible for the solution-sale cycle and will shadow closely with the Sales Managers.
- Responsible for complete understanding of the customer requirement mapped to the products/services offered by the client.
- Work with a cross-functional team like Engineering, Operations, Delivery, Finance to get the desired solution stitched at the right price.
- He should be able to deliver high-quality proposals, documentation, up-sell standalone services.
- Technically selling the solution to a customer.
- Has wide knowledge of Data Centers: Colocation, Cross-connect, cooling components, power components, customization of components, security, networking within DC, general networking principles etc
Additional Responsibilities for leadership role :
- Manage National Solutions team and close ties with Cross-Functional Teams
- Prioritise multiple projects for juggling limited capacity to achieve the best utilization of resources
- Track every opportunity for management view and business view
- Keep oneself abreast with new Technology and industrial updates
Skills & Experience :
- 15 years of related work experience, of which minimum 5 years in a Data Centers with deep DC knowledge:

- Responsive nature
