Director - Partnerships - Channel Partners Head - Internet Service Provider/FMCG (9-15 yrs)
Role : Director Partnership (Head Channel Partner)
KPI- s :
- Manage the local channel partners as profit centers of the company via BD Account Managers.
Responsible for the following key areas :
- Manages few BD Account Managers - each responsible for 15-20 k users.
- Select appropriate territories for the business
- Manage new and current partners via BD Account Managers:
- Appoint new Channel Partners
- Subscribers net increase
- Make sure Channel Partners becomes profitable in 3 months after joining
- Manage the local marketing activities for the Channel Partners
- Make sure installations and repairs are done within the agreed time frame
- Manage the churn caused by Channel Partner by technical or commercial reasons
- Manages collections
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the channel partners and the performance scorecards and suggest enhancements in the existing overall functioning of partner management function
- Work with product and technology teams to create the required platforms and technology to scale your function
