The Director will work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies and processes.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning and Execution :

- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals.

- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the outbound sales reach.

- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the outbound sales team.

Team Leadership and Development :


Lead, mentor, and motivate the outbound sales team to achieve high performance.

- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Operational Management :

- Oversee day-to-day outbound sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve productivity and performance.

- Monitor and analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication :
