Director - Marketing - SaaS (3-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build on your caliber, energy, and initiative alongside the Founding Team to give life to the Marketing function.
- Plan and execute Branding initiatives with clear Brand guidelines, consistent usage, and differentiation with competitors
- Devise and implement Content Strategy on and off-website
- Utilize Influencers and drive Social Media Strategy through blogs, videos etc while measuring engagement
- Plan and Optimise the Performance Marketing on Google, LinkedIn, Digital Markets, and Outbound marketing
- Analyze the website visitors and leads generated and devise lead nurturing and drip marketing play-book
- Design and improve Sales Collaterals for B2B Customer segments
- Continuous dialogue with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
- Expected to lead a team of 3 marketing executives from Day -1
- Be the go-to person for all matters related to Marketing
Eligibility :
- You challenge the status quo and aspire to do extra-ordinary things
- 3-5 years of Marketing experience in a fast-growing SaaS startup or a global organization.
- Leadership experience of managing a marketing team
- Relevant Academic background
