Responsibilities include
- Target audience definition -- analyse market research and shape target audience definition
- Value propositions -- craft compelling value propositions that fundamentally address what experiences should be communicated to target audiences, detailing why consumers should buy products
- Future product requirements -- ensure the needs of specific audiences are included in the roadmap for future products and services
- Using marketing models, insight and research - qualify and quantify the business impact of potential propositions that deliver growth in the region longer term
- Campaign management -- optimize the strategy, plan and creative deliverables for all marketing campaigns
- Develop campaign and media frameworks to deliver creative that meets the regions marketing strategy
- Marketing plan -- document the quarterly and annual marketing plan detailing marketing initiatives and priorities that deliver growth in line with business plans
- People management and development -- lead, manage, develop and grow a team of highly skilled individuals in order to achieve objectives ands growth Influencing - build a network of relationships with executive decision makers across the region to ensure success
What we're looking for
- We're looking for international Marketing experience specifically in classic FMCG, Mobile, Telco, Consumer Tech & Software sectors or from Content Providers
- Ideally you'll have the following
- Experience leading high performing marketing teams to deliver compelling value propositions from consumer insight and research
- Experience leading teams to deliver compelling the region marketing programs to deliver growth - effectively communicating value propositions with complex global/ country stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of local markets in the region
- Expertise in consumer needs and trends - core Consumer Insight/ Research experience through to Propositions, Product Marketing, Brand & Digital/ Social
- Comfortable working with data and creative strategy - able to operate across the marketing mix using innovative and creative marketing communications tactics to take plans to market
- Challenges the status quo utilising innovative tactics to design effective marketing programs
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task successfully and operate within time constraints
- Experience managing large marketing budgets
- Excellent communicator, strong interpersonal, influencing and networking skills
- A passion for consumer Telco/ Mobile/ Tech markets and consumers
- Ability to set goals, build strategy, develop plans and coordinate all relevant steps effectively
