Director - Marketing Communications - Human Resources Consulting Firm (8-15 yrs)
Our Client is a leading Global Human Resources Consulting Organisation into core HR Services and Compliance domain (non-recruitment / non-Staffing) with revenues of over USD 300m. The position leads the Sales Function for the India Business and reports to the COO of India.
- Actively lead, build and manage the Corporate Communications team including graphics designers, corporate communications specialists, media specialists and copywriters to produce high-quality publications and materials on time and within budget.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies with the common goal of increasing sales and profits.
- Review products and services trends quarterly and recommend solutions and execution plans which are data driven
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information
- Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies.
- Establish, own and drive a strategic internal and external communications strategy that positively affects employees- and customers- understanding, engagement and commitment with the result of an even stronger connection to the company and leads to a return on investment.
- Effectively work with empaneled vendors who support the organization with respect to various MARCOM agenda
- Provide writing and editing support for all client communications including all promotional materials, website content, a monthly newsletter and the Quarterly trends report.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with media.
- Provide expertise, advice, direction, and implementation of the company's CSR activities
- Drive continuous process improvements and implement best practices to manage projects efficiently.
- Ensuring continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, response to internal clients, mail etiquettes.
- Ensuring adherence to people related policies/ procedures, maintaining integrity, discipline, and confidentiality.
- Adhere to ISMS Policy ( InfoSec )of the organization
- Adhere to Quality Management System of the organization
Required Skills:
- MBA in Marketing from an institute of repute with at least 8+ years in Corporate, B2B Marketing Role.
- Should have experience in Marketing "Solutions and Services" to multiple industry verticals.
- Analytical ability along with capability to data crunch market insights and recommend appropriate trending and solutions for the Sales & Account Management teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and Critical thinking skills
- Business related computer skills including knowledge with PowerPoint (expert level), Advance Excel (PIVOTS) and Word.
- A professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with business heads.
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization
