We are expanding our Strategic Partnerships team (Director/Manager, seniority based on the interview process) to engage with Staffing Companies, showcasing the value of partnering with

Saathi for hiring certified candidates. The role is ideal for those with experience building relationships and creating long-term partnerships within the staffing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building:

- Identify and engage with staffing companies and recruitment agencies in your region.

- Communicate the advantages of Saathi Certified candidates and our AI-powered ecosystem, emphasizing the benefits for their recruitment processes.

2. Presentations & Engagement:

- Craft and deliver engaging presentations to staffing companies, demonstrating how Saathi's certification enhances recruitment outcomes.

- Conduct meetings, webinars, and presentations to onboard new partners and ensure they understand the value Saathi brings.

3. Partner Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with staffing companies to ensure continuous collaboration and engagement with Saathi Certified candidates.

4. Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with the product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of Saathi's value proposition and to address any partner feedback or concerns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Background in Talent Acquisition: Candidates with experience in recruitment services or talent acquisition who have established connections within the staffing industry are highly preferred.

2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.

3. Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

4. Networking: Strong ability to network within the staffing industry and build new partnerships.

Recruitment Process:
