Director - IT Sales (14-25 yrs)
Responsibilities:
Understanding Customer Needs : The ideal candidate must deeply understand the challenges and objectives of potential clients in their digital transformation journey. This includes identifying pain points that can be addressed through the company's digital solutions.
- Strategic Planning : Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's roadmap involving setting clear objectives, identifying target markets, and establishing sales targets.
- Building Relationships : Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers, to gain insights into their strategic priorities and build trust in the company's digital capabilities.
- Solution Selling : Articulating the value proposition of the company's digital solutions and demonstrating how they can address specific customer challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Navigating Complex Sales Cycles : Managing complex sales cycles inherent in digital transformation projects, which often involve multiple stakeholders and longer decision-making processes. This requires persistence, patience, and the ability to navigate objections and obstacles.
- Collaboration and Leadership : Collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of digital solutions and alignment with customer expectations.
- Adaptation to Market Dynamics : Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the digital space.

Who You Are?
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in IT sales and, preferably in a service-based environment with background in consultative and solution-based selling experience along with managing enterprise clients.
- A bachelor's degree/MBA from Tier 1 colleges.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in business transformation
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive value.
- Capacity to adapt to market dynamics and innovate sales strategies in a fast-paced digital environment.
