The tasks, duties, and responsibilities of a director of inside sales are outlined in the job description below :

- Collaborate with other departments in order to develop a sales strategy for enhancing the company's growth for Inbound Qualification & Sales.

- Motivate, train, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives

- Discover individuals with exceptional skills, train, and bring them on board in the team

- Lead variety of training sessions on a monthly basis, and development sessions

- Ensure that the company meets its stipulated growth goals

- Lead pitch development process

- Assist in building a high-performing sales process

- Develop well targeted strategies and sales plans

- Ensure effective prospecting, pipeline development

- Develop strategies for the allocation of resources for the achievement of given quota

- Facilitate and direct the use of resources

- Ensure the consistent implementation of effective sales processes for optimum performance and success of the organization

- Keep track, monitor, and respond to all company's performances related to sales

- Develop effective benchmarks for optimum team performance

- Inspire and foster a high-performing sales culture

- Recruit and develop team who will lead the business forward
