Director - Digital Marketing - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Role Description
- Plan, create and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate desired number of leads in given budget. This person would be responsible for generating leads for direct-to-consumer business as well as leads for social partner acquisition.
- Lead a team of channel managers, creative designers as well as content writers.
- Drive conversions through Inbound marketing, running effective campaigns in social media, display marketing, SEO and email marketing.
- Be a marketing wizard with deep understanding of consumer psychology in digital world
- Have strong sense of ownership and drive to get things done
- Be an out-of-the box thinker to find new ways to reach customers and drive conversion i.e. Growth hacking mindset
- Be a quick learner and always have hunger to do more
Following are some of the attributes we are looking for:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing in either an internet company or a digital agency
- Experience in executing and optimizing Paid Ads in Facebook, Social Media, Google Ads
- Experience of running acquisition campaigns in the internet industry is preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics and familiarity with SEO tools
- Experience in email marketing tools e.g. Mailchimp or any other marketing automation tools
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Graduate from Tier I college is a must, Tier 1 MBA preferred
- Experience in managing a digital marketing team is a big plus
