Director - Customer Renewals - IT (16-24 yrs)
Experience with a Product company (security, back-up, etc) offering SaaS services strongly preferred.
Sales Management, Team Management, and Salesforce, Sigma, MS Office, G-suite. This would be a customer-facing role, a person should be an expert in communication and problem-solving.
Desired Skills :
- At least ten years of sales management experience is required and at least three years of managing teams.
- Must be a high performing sales manager with a proven track record of consistently exceeding established measurements for goals and objectives.
- Experience in Renewals sales is required.
- Experience compiling, querying, analyzing, and reporting data, strong forecasting skills.
- Must be a skilled motivator with demonstrated ability to coach and develop renewals staff to exceed targeted sales objectives and deliver high quality service to customers.
Qualification:
Essential :
- BE /ME/ BTech/MTech degree in Computer Science or equivalent & MBA/Management
- Degree would be a plus.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Responsible for helping to formulate the Global renewal strategy, and the following coordination and leadership of the regional teams
- Able to analyze the business, create and execute plans and projects that focus on exceeding the quotas, internal efficiencies, and partner/customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the team renewal quota attainment and overachievement, including incorporation of upsell, cross-sell, multi-year and auto-renewal options as agreed with Field team counterparts.
- Provide support to Field team in negotiation of contracts or large renewal agreements
- Develops strong, positive relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Lead the annual renewal planning process, including the establishment of the pool and the calculation of annual renewal quotas
- Develop and maintain a renewal management strategy to ensure ongoing visibility and key stakeholder alignment on changes throughout the year.
- Provide renewal operations support to Sales, through initiatives driven by Renewal Operations, or in collaboration with Sales Operations or Business Analytics teams.
- Oversee the coordination of resources, and cross-functional operational alignment.
- Drive to ensure that clients renew yearly license subscription within the time frame defined in client contracts.
