Director - Client Servicing - Marketing Service Firm (8-10 yrs)
Graduate or masters in media or marketing
- 8-10 years of experience handling accounts of different brands in India with deep knowledge and networks in industry
- Experience of working with youth brands and media agencies across different sectors
- Coordinate projects and determine the best utilization of resources across verticals to increase client satisfaction of different accounts
- Perform senior-level client negotiation and management skills, with clear and substantive speaking, writing and presentation skills to grow accounts
- Partner with Operations and Finance in building client P&L
- Work with management team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients
- Implement proprietary and 3rd party tools into the planning process
- Ability to create an effective process and information flow between client services team and other disciplines.
- Handle multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across the organization
- Able to assist the Operations team with designing the training and implementation of all internal and external tools
- Ability to contribute to client's business growth by identifying new opportunities
- Train managers and supervisors on all aspects of planning and audience reporting; will require use of research tools
- Create partnerships with peers in planning and media agencies, and internal disciplines to work on existing or new business opportunities
- Ability to foster a productive and empowering working environment
- Handle all accounts thus managing a portfolio of about 10-15 Cr business
- Opportunities to get insights and data of the largest, most valuable population audience in India
- Direct reporting access to COO and CEO
- Lead a team of 2 CS executives to deliver all projects
