Director - Channel Sales - Insurance (7-15 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities

This is an ownership-driven role where you will head the Fintech distribution channel for companys product offerings. You will be signing on clients who will sell Assurekit products on their platform and will be responsible for the entire channel from planning to execution.

Responsibilities include:

- Identifying various fintech and other B2C platforms as potential clients for company"s products

- Approaching, engaging, and closing clients to create a successful sales channel

- Maintaining and expanding all our partner relationships in this channel

- Define plans and strategies for business development and building & growing the channel and team

- Full ownership of the sales target for this channel

- Work with Chief Business Officer to plan budget and resource allocation-

Job Description :

- Manage Client relationships, provide channel sales support and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

- Work with engineering and product teams to coordinate operations with clients, from going live to ongoing support.

Skills & Qualifications :

- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or sales.

- Thorough understanding of the fintech industry.

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Powerful people skills and ability to build lasting relationships

- Solution-oriented outlook.

- A minimum of 7 years of work experience.

- Prior experience in partnership-based distribution channels preferred

- Prior experience in B2B2C distribution
