Director - Campaign Management (15-18 yrs)
- Strategize, Design & Execute end-to-end B2B Lead generation campaigns (Email, Digital & Social) and being accountable for increasing rate of generation of new business leads and closures
- Should generate meaningful insights, leveraging data and using analytics from Marketing Automation tools to build annual, monthly and weekly campaign calendars and suggest course correction as needed
- Leverage analytics to improve the quantity and quality of the leads generated
- Track, discover and document market trends by studying global analyst reports, competitor analysis, competitor campaigns and press releases, client needs and our partners- latest offerings. Should use this data to devise and execute campaigns targeting specific industry verticals and service lines
- Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns across all regions for the Global Marketing team
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including analysis and evaluation of KPIs
- Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
- Collaborate to develop buyer personas, messaging, and cross-channel tactics
- Drive weekly alignment meeting with cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Sales and ESG/Delivery
