Director - Business Strategy - IIM/FMS/MDI (15-20 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Strategy to lead our strategic initiatives and drive growth in the education sector. This role involves developing and implementing strategies that will position Square Panda as a leader in educational innovation.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies.
- Collaborate with the board to set objectives, plans, and policies.
- Present operational status reports to the board and global teams.
- Ensure sound funding and financial oversight, taking corrective measures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations.
- Represent the company to stakeholders, government entities, and the public.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives and high-importance projects.
- Provide business insights for management decisions.
- Manage annual and 3-year planning cycles.
- Improve business procedures for efficiency and success.
- Build and maintain relationships across departments to influence outcomes.
- Evaluate market trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
- Assess market expansion and operational improvements.
- Work with teams to develop and execute business strategies.
- Build and foster a growth mindset culture in the team.

- Proven P&L responsibility with consistent sales and profit growth.
- Ability to work well with diverse teams and remain calm under pressure.
- Creative and nimble business mind.
- Broad exposure to Finance, HR, Operations, and Marketing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Skilled at motivating and coaching teams to meet deadlines and priorities.
Education and Experience :
- 15 + years of experience with min 5 years of extensive professional experience in leadership roles.
- Master's degree in business administration or similar field from Tier 1 school
- Prior experience with Government in education will be an advantage
