Director - Business Development Management - ERP (12-15 yrs)

The client employs over 2,000 experts in offices throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas and works with a prestigious group of companies including Tesco, Monoprix, Raley, Macy, Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and PepsiCo.
- Develops new business opportunities and wins sales with new clients as agreed with the Leadership team in a market.
- Supports the Group's growth plan, deploy global Retail Strategy and prioritize prospects in a market.
- Manages the new business sales process through qualification, needs analysis, stakeholder mapping, product demonstration and negotiation
- Engages with new clients to sell products and services and build strong relationships.
- Once contracts are won, rolls out the optimum operating model to get the client engagement up and running, ensuring plans are well executed and deployed consistently.
- Ensures that there is internal alignment in terms of resource and capability to meet expansion needs.
- Ensures that market knowledge, operational know-how and best practice is leveraged to manage business effectively and that knowledge is shared globally to the benefit of all.
- Keeps up to date with industry trends and key prospects and focus on networking opportunities to help win new business.

Essential :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related subject
