This role is expected to generate business for the company through- L&D business.
Steer a significant amount of the training work from MNCs.
Their compensation would be based on the amount of profitable business they are able to bring to our organization.
Note, this person is NOT a salesperson in the traditional sense. This is someone who would continue to do the same type of work they currently do and manage all the accounts they bring in.
Desired candidature :
- Must be from a Fortune 500, Multinational Company
- Must be a L&D Specialist
- Proficient in developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
- Implements various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, online training, etc.)
- Is experienced in working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
