Job Description :

- The Business Development Director will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of AM CommuniSphere.


- This position will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's reach in the real estate, hospitality, travel, and tourism sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful business development strategies, specifically in the events industry with experience in selling sponsorship and delegate sales.


Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the company's business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to expand the company's presence in target markets.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, potential clients, and partners.

- Leverage experience in the events industry to sell sponsorships and delegate sales, maximizing revenue opportunities.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.

- Lead the negotiation and closure of business deals, including contract development and pricing negotiations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of business development initiatives.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.

- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to the executive leadership team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the real estate, hospitality, travel, or tourism industries, with a focus on the events industry.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and trends.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
