Director - Business Development - Digital Marketing Services (15-17 yrs)
- Generate prospects for the company through existing connections, partners, networking & outreach and build a healthy prospect pipeline
- Understand the needs of potential clients and devise the right strategy and mix of services to meet the need
- Conduct sales presentations and pitch to prospective clients
- Handle negotiations with prospective clients to win deals
- Maintain prospects and contacts in our CRM
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach, nurturing and other campaigns
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of growing existing business
- Work closely with the senior management to develop the business, sales and marketing strategy.
- Think strategically - see the bigger picture and set aims in order to develop and grow the business.
- Train and develop members of your team as the BD organization grows
- Keep abreast of trends in sales, marketing and digital to plan campaigns, create a sales pipeline
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management
- Other duties as assigned
- Clean background, customer service orientation, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, high sense of urgency, and an attention to detail.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of professional confidence in English.
- Draw up client SOWs and proposals and coordinate with legal on preparing contracts
- Competencies in fact finding, planning, problem solving and innovative thinking.
- Ability to handle multiple moving parts of various projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop, build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.

- At least 15-16 years of Business Development experience
- Differences in time zones
- Three or more years proven track record in business sales or related markets
