Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies


Skills & Competencies :

- Must have superior presentation, verbal and written communication skills, adept at Relationship Management

- Highly motivated, energetic, result oriented, and achievement driven individuals with a keen interest in market and industry analytics. Should have Analytical ROI mindset, Love story telling

- Deep understanding and knowledge of digital and mobile marketing ecosystem

Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of Marketing experience, preferably in Enterprise Ed Tech Business

- Well-networked in the market, able to extract market opportunities

- Able to take calculate risks that benefit the organisation

- Prior experience in Enterprise Training business is preferred

Education :

- MBA, preferably with Sales Degree or equivalent from a premier institute preferred

Key Accountabilities :

- Plan and create effective sales collateral and content across media to support all lead generation activities e.g. videos, whitepapers, presentations, brochures etc.

- Support event (CXO Forums) participation to generate new demand

- Perform sales presentations, prepare proposals, and engage with potential customers to discuss and co-create solution interventions

- Proactively convert leads and potential clients into prospects and proposals

- Engage extensively with internal stakeholders across functions

- Maintain customer satisfaction, attend customer complaints and provide value addition to ensure repeat orders

- Design and execute marketing strategy,

- Manage marketing requirements, support internal processes including branding (online & offline), advertising, communication and creative

- Design & Execute Digital Marketing strategy with a keen interest in content trends, updated on new content formats and has the ability to leverage story-telling to grow the business

- Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels, and drive events, email campaigns, LinkedIn Marketing, webpages and promotional material

- Enjoys problem-solving, passionate about projects that can transform human potential and keen to deliver outstanding results

- Develop and implement internal communication strategy and processes
