Directi - Associate - Marketing - CodeChef (1-4 yrs)
ABOUT THE ROLE :
CodeChef is seeking a Marketing Associate who will be responsible for working on the core functions of Marketing and its execution. S/He will play a key role in supporting the team by helping manage all brand processes and key activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Tailoring marketing campaigns on different marketing channels (includes both conceptualizing and execution)
- Engaging with our global community of programmers and working on various initiatives of CodeChef which includes CodeChef for schools, campus chapters, programming contests, and certification program
- Tracking results of marketing campaigns, analyzing the growth, engagement, and outreach across various marketing channels and draw insights
- Engaging with the volunteers/student representatives of CodeChef and ensuring the publicity campaigns run smoothly
WHAT SHOULD YOU POSSESS :
- Experience in Social Media and Email Marketing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with ease
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Self-driven and energetic in nature
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated personality with a go-getter attitude
- A bility to thrive in a team
EXPERIENCE : 1 to 4 years
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE:
INR 4,00,000/- to INR 6,00,000/- per annum
