Zeta is looking to hire an enthusiastic Marketing and Events Associate for the Marketing team to help execute and manage events related operations and tasks for the Marketing team.

The role reports to the Sr Marketing Specialist/ Marketing Head and is based out of Bangalore.

WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?

- Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives

- Come up with suggestions to enhance the events success

- Plan and execute promotional activities and experience zones at events

- Source and negotiate with vendors, event management agencies, and other suppliers

- Coordinate with hotels, event agencies, and event organizing bodies to execute the event

- Coordinate with respective teams to execute stall set up and other branding elements at the event

- Ensure approval on all aspects of the events, especially budgets and adherence to the same

- Manage and coordinate all operations with regard to the event

- Identify, maintain, and manage a complete list of all relevant industry events for participation opportunities

- Coordinate with the internal marketing team - content, design, operations for any event based requirements

- Analyze the event's success and prepare reports

- Ensure collection of all leads that visit the event and relevant tagging in the system

WHO SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS ROLE?

- Graduate in any stream

- 2 - 4 years of marketing experience - specifically handled on-ground events

- Has experience of handling different aspects of events - either large and small scale

- Has experience in working with event agencies/ vendors

- Understands basic technicalities of stall set up/ event planning etc

- Has some experience working on coordinating production of marketing collaterals like brochures/ standees etc

- Has participated in-person at events themselves - at the stall

- Should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects at a time

- Very meticulous

- Be a solution oriented person and think out of the box

- Goal oriented, determined attitude and able to take criticism constructively

- Ability to adapt and works well with people and teams

- Maintain confidentiality in all matters

- Understand the importance of effective communication with team members on work processes.
