Job Rolls & Responsibility :
- Handling allocate employee under your team
- Handling team member's for achieved targets and market visits.
- DSR report.
- Do visit the business and residence place for verify customer.
- Preparation of MIS on daily basis and weekly review report.
- Conduct follow up calls with customers to collect docs for process
- Regular update to manager on the case
- Do visit the business and residence place for follow up about product
- Regular update to manager on the case.
Candidate Profile :
- Graduated in any field
- 2 to 4 years experience in field sales & marketing in any sector
- Having best ability to leading team generation
- Best communication skill
- Having best ability to handle multiple task
- Good communication & Convincing skill
