Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and selling the bank's products and services through direct interactions with customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets by reaching out to individuals, businesses, and other potential clients for financial products like savings accounts, loans, insurance, and credit cards.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Direct Sales: Promote and sell banking products through field visits and direct interactions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers for new business.
- Customer Acquisition: Onboard clients by offering suitable financial products.
- Target Achievement: Meet individual and team sales goals consistently.
- Cross-Selling: Sell additional banking products to maximize revenue.

Qualification:
- Age: 21 to 32 years.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales.
- Location: Must be a local resident with strong knowledge of the local market.
- Transportation: Must own a bike for local travel.
