Direct Sales Officer - Bank (1-4 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated CASA Sales Officer to focus on the acquisition and growth of Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through customer engagement, referrals, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell CASA products to new and existing customers.
- Generate leads via telecalling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the branch team to ensure a process for new CASA customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly CASA sales targets.
- Quickly resolve customer queries related to CASA and other banking products.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Must own a bike for local commuting.
- Age: 21 to 38 years (Local candidates preferred).
