Direct Sales Manager - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager.
Job description :
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Providing pre and post-sales support
- Handling a team
- Tracking business performance in each channel, identifying productivity limiting gaps, and supporting corrective action, through training and development.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Min. 2 Year in Sales and Marketing 1+ Years in BFSI Sector
- CTC: Up to 3.20 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Age: 24 to 38 years
- Education: Any Graduation
- Candidate: Local Candidate
