Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and motivate a team of insurance agents to meet sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new agents.
- Track and analyze sales metrics; support agents in improving performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and address concerns.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards; prepare performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in sales management or business development in insurance.
- Proven sales and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of the Indian insurance market and regulations.
