Direct Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Direct Sales Manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
Roles and responsibilities
- Tracking the sales team's performance.
- Ensuring constant cleanliness and upkeep of the sales
- Establishing and preserving positive working connections with clients.
- Determining tactics and chances to boost revenue.
- Address any problems that have an immediate impact on sales as soon as possible.
- Employing, integrating, and educating new sales team members
- Directly supervise the expansion of certain markets and customers.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of the business.
- Analyze and monitor sales data to spot patterns and expansion prospects.
Candidate requirement
- Bachelor's degree or graduation in any field.
Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
Age 21 to 38 years.
