Direct Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Within a designated territory, the Channel Manager (CM) is in charge of recruiting, integrating, upholding, and fostering relationships with channel partners.

Responsibilities

- Manage forecasts, close deals, record sales activity, and track partners data using company-standard CRM tools, Salesforce.com

- Model effective selling skills, motivating and supporting sales teams in selling

- Demonstrate a high level of support in the pursuit and closing of deals

- Sponsor and direct skill building activities to increase the productivity and accomplishments of the sales force

- Focus on strategic direction

- Understand the overall company strategic direction and portfolio, and can assist sales teams in customizing solutions based on client needs

- Assist in key customer demonstrations, open house events, training and presentations to increase product awareness and increase sales

candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree.

- In order to effectively interact both internally inside the organization and externally with clients, candidates should possess strong communication and presentation abilities.

- Experience selling Open-Source Solutions

- Demonstrated progressive experience with B2B sales
