An Industry Leader in the Hospitality Sector is looking out for Direct Sales Managers across locations in Mumbai.

Job Purpose :
To maximize the sales of a company's goods or services in the Venue and outbound calls. The incumbent is also involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities around the venue location.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Manage complete venue sales for the location
2. Manage the sales and telemarketing team located out of the venue location
3. Plan & execute the monthly sales plan through effective delegation and monitoring of work to team members
4. Should provide leadership to the team and have the ability to keep them motivated
5. Keep abreast of New Products and services and undertake training as and when required.
6. Specific projects or activities assigned by the Branch Manager
