Job Description:
The BDE will be working across all the categories of B2C AMC Business and be responsible for developing business & alliances with different stakeholders & with direct customers. The person will be responsible to expand our product portfolio across different areas of Gurgaon through promotions in the market & societies, building alliances with potential people, Customer Interface & exploring various channels for customer interface.
Job Description :
- Responsible to define AMC roadmap in the market for all product categories i.e. RO, UV & AC
- Scaling the business to different intra geographies & to get recurring business from existing locations.
- Understand the business impact areas & priorities & streamline the AMC roadmap accordingly.
- Doing regular market visits to understand market dynamics & customer pulse.
- Doing market intelligence & competition benchmarking exercise to keep the management updated
Required Skills :
- Someone who has the ability to create a need for a product.
- Sound understanding of B2C Business & Direct Sales
- Someone who is vocal and good at approaching customers with an excellent sales pitch.
- He should be able to easily bring out the positives of our product range vs. competition.
- He should sound confident & display a strong willingness to perform.
- Experience of having worked in Gurgaon Market is strongly preferred
- Not more than 32 years of age
