We have an urgent opening of Direct Sales Executive in one of the leading E- learning education company .

Salary - upto 4 lpa + incentives + travel allowance + mobile allowance

Experience - 0.6 to 4 years

Job Description for DSA :

- Direct Sales Associates work on field.

- They call & take an appointment on leads which is provided by Team Managers or City Manager under whom they work to describes about product

- If the customer buys the product then it will be 1 sale or doesn't buy then 1 demo.

- Every DSA has the target to complete 36 demos or 12 sales or business of Rs. 2.5 Lacs per month to qualify for an incentive on which company pays 10% incentive apart from salary i.e. Rs. 25000.

DSA Work Desk :

- Training is given to DSA for 7 days which start from 2nd day of joining.

- Rs. 120 is paid per demo to DSA in the city & Rs. 800 is given as a meal expense for outside demos along with train tickets, lodging arrangements, cab expenses. Mobile Expenses of Rs. 500 are also reimbursed.

Employee Facilities Desk :

It is a permanent job in which Provident Fund Scheme,ESIC Scheme, Group Medical Claim Policy of Rs. 2 Lacs & Group Personal Accident Policy of Rs. 10 Lacs are facilitated to employees. Offer Letter, Appointment Letter & Confirmation Letter are given before joining, within 2 days of joining and after completing probation period respectively. Even Employees can access Pay Slips or Salary Slips themselves. Medical Treatment is given free of cost to employees & their families in ESIC Hospitals & they can avail through accumulation in provident fund. Pension facility & Death Benefit to nominee are also provided under statutory regulations.

Promotions & Salary Increment Policy

Increments in salary & Promotions to next level purely depend upon performance otherwise once in a year. Even existing employees can apply to higher position available at our other branches if he achieved the required sales target.
