- Client acquisition and client relationship management
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries
- Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and address concerns
- Manage and update customer information in our CRM database
- Work closely with our sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
