- Manage existing relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance and other banking products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
