Direct Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients through tailored service.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience with BFSI products.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs.
- Work with internal teams to address customer feedback and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and assess customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Perform regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and effective communication.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the BFSI sector.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction with the ability to build trust and rapport.
