Direct Relationship Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main contact for direct clients, handling their queries and needs.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance client portfolios.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
