Job Description :-
- Develop and Implement Fundraising Strategy for direct marketing team.
- Devise a region fundraising strategy for the teams to deliver on TAPF's fundraising targets.
- Develop an annual plan with monthly milestones for individual / team fundraising activities.
- Enhance existing fundraising activities and channels and investigate and harness new and emerging sources of contributions to TAPF.
- Lead and motivate the fundraising team to implement and deliver on the strategy and plans
- Integrate and optimize contribution of volunteers to achieving fundraising goals
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the organization, in order to engage the whole organization in the fundraising drive.
- Prepare monthly reports; Carry out regular evaluations of the overall fundraising programmes of TAPF in consultation with the CMO; Senior Management Team in order to continually improve processes and contributions.
- Goalsetting; performance evaluation; feedback to team members;
- Timely review of performance and provide feedback for improvement of performance
- Ensure team motivation and morale at all times
- Guide and support fundraising team members to achieve the goals and objectives by working with them with strategy; planning and execution of the same.
- Management of people issues and people development activities.
- Organize and lead the production of fundraising promotional materials as required.
- Ensure the articulation of TAPF's desired image and position, assuring its consistent communications to all constituencies, both internal and external.
Key Requirements - Experience & Skill
- 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in the areas of Fund Raising; Direct Marketing .
- Functional knowledge of Fund Raising from NGO sector is preferred
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills,
- Strong communication skills, flexible, also ability to communicate unconventional solutions
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with excellent collaboration; communication and creativity skills.
Key Requirements - Education
- Post-graduate in management with relevant knowledge and experience.
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Excellent leadership, time management and communication skills
- Team player, with the ability to work on one's own initiative as well as part of a small dynamic team
- Creative and innovative in thought process and delivery.
